You run the car like a small Uber. We do not employ you.

Georgia’s TNC statute is explicit: a transportation-network driver need not be an employee. Same idea here. You keep a self-employed practice. RJ Employer Consulting pays for your driver domain, site, AI guide, and routine tech, then you take trips on a written commission.

1. File

Start on the driver hub. Do not send license numbers or banking details in a public form. RJEC reviews driver and vehicle history, then negotiates your split.

2. Tools

After approval: your domain on Cloudflare, Google Calendar for availability, Stripe for payouts. RJEC covers that stack so you are not buying SaaS seats.

3. Season

The work is bunched: home Saturdays, ATL bags, the Florida game in Atlanta. That is the point of a seasonal corridor, not a 400-car city fleet.
